Federal agents recently raided Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ Holmby Hills mansion. Inside, they found a thousand bottles of baby oil. Investigators believe Combs used the oil at his infamous “freak off” parties. However, attorney Ariel Mitchell-Kidd alleges a more sinister purpose. She represents several of Combs’ accusers, including Ashley Parham.

Meanwhile, Mitchell-Kidd told News Nation about her new lawsuit.1 She is filing nineteen causes of action against Combs. The charges include sexual assault, sex trafficking, and RICO violations. She explained:
“My client [Ashley Parham] was raped by Mr. Combs, his bodyguard, and his friend, who invited my client to his home to set up the whole situation.”
Mitchell-Kidd also detailed a disturbing lawsuit from client Ashley Parham. Parham’s suit alleges Combs doused her in baby oil.
“In the suit there is a part where Mr. Combs is threatening her with a knife and makes her take off her clothes and then he takes what she believes is some type of liquid substance out of a fanny pack and he squirts it at her. She originally thoughts it was acid but then she realized it was some type of lubricant or oil […] He just started squirting it at her, squirting it all over her body. After she was covered in this oil that’s when the attack began with Mr. Combs and the friend and in between the two of them she was squirted some more with this oil and then the bodyguard attacked her and raped her as well.”
According to the lawsuit, the oil’s contents rendered the client powerless. She was then unable to resist an attack by three men.
“She said over the course of [the attack] her body got more and more limp and she couldn’t figure out what was causing it […] She felt that whatever liquid was being squirted on her had something in it which essentially debilitated her and her faculties.”
Why Did Sean “Diddy” Combs Use Baby Oil in Alleged Sexual Assault?
The discovery of so much baby oil at Combs’ home baffled observers. But, Parham’s attorney offered a disturbing theory for its purpose in the alleged assaults. According to Mitchell-Kidd:
“I’ve done some internal research after my client intake and it seems that oil in general is used as a conduit for specific drugs, like GBH. In order to get that to topically take into someone’s body you need a conduit which is typically oil. So it seems to me that there were some kind of drugs mixed into the oil, which is why he was dousing her in that oil prior [to the attack], not only to make it easier to assault her, but to lower her defenses.”
The lawsuits against Sean Combs all allege he drugged victims. Similarly, Liza Gardner’s 1990 suit accused Combs, Aaron Hall, and DeVanté Swing of drugging and raping her and her friend, Mona Case.2 Then, in 1991, Combs allegedly drugged Joi Dickerson-Neal with GHB.3 He allegedly sexually assaulted her and circulated revenge porn Swing was also named in Ms. Dickerson-Neal’s lawsuit. She alleges that he viewed the footage and told her all of their peers had seen it.
Furthermore, Thalia Graves sued Combs and “Big Joe” Sherman, in 2005. She claims they drugged and raped her. Her lawsuit alleges a video of the assault has circulated for twenty years. Another former Combs bodyguard, Gene Deal, says he was told the footage exists.4
Update October 16, 2024: This article has been updated with new information about the identity of the accuser.
Update January 2025: Liza Gardner’ dismissed her claims against DeVanté Swing without prejudice. However, she may pursue her claims against him at a future date.5
