Narcissistic Recovery Coaching Package: A Structured Path Toward Emotional Stability and Self-Reconnection

Narcissistic Recovery Coaching Package: A Structured Path Toward Emotional Stability and Self-Reconnection

Recovery and Healing By Jan 20, 2026

Recovery from narcissistic abuse is not a single conversation. It is a sustained process — of recognizing what happened, recalibrating a nervous system that was reorganized around threat, reconstructing an identity that was systematically dismantled, and building the behavioral patterns that a recovered life actually requires.

That process takes time. It takes consistency. And it takes a framework designed for the specific injury rather than a generic approach adapted from something else.

The packages offered here are built around the Coercive Trauma Recovery Method™ and, for Adult Children of Narcissists, the TENEL™ framework — proprietary recovery frameworks developed by Manya Wakefield from seven years of direct professional work with survivors of narcissistic abuse and coercive control, reviewed by Dr. Michael Kinsey, PhD, clinical psychologist, New School for Social Research.

If you are not yet sure whether a package is the right fit, a free 15-minute consultation is the place to start.

Why a Coaching Package Rather Than a Single Session?

Single sessions have their place — for survivors who want to begin, or who are between packages and need focused support on a specific challenge. But the work of recovering from narcissistic abuse is not best served by isolated sessions.

Narcissistic abuse produces a specific category of injury that operates across multiple dimensions simultaneously: neurological, perceptual, and at the level of identity. Addressing it meaningfully requires continuity — the kind of sustained, accountable engagement that allows patterns to be identified across sessions, progress to be tracked, and the nervous system to accumulate new experiences of safety rather than encountering them once and moving on.

A package also changes the nature of the therapeutic relationship itself. When both parties have committed to a sustained engagement, the work goes deeper, faster. There is less time spent re-establishing context. There is more trust, more honesty, and more willingness to engage with the material that is most difficult — which is almost always the material that matters most.

Packages are available by application, through a free consultation. This is intentional. The work we do together is demanding and specific, and fit matters — for both of us.

The Packages

Foundation — 4 Sessions | $720

For survivors at the recognition stage.

You have named what happened — or you are close to naming it. You understand, on some level, that what you experienced was not ordinary relationship difficulty. What you need now is a structured starting point: a framework for understanding the specific mechanics of what was done to you, the beginning of nervous system awareness, and an initial map for moving forward.

Four sessions provide enough continuity to establish pattern clarity, begin the work of accurate perception, and build a foundation for the recovery process — whether you continue into a longer package or take what you have learned and work with it independently.

What four sessions addresses:

  • Precise identification of the tactics used and their strategic logic
  • The beginning of cognitive clarity and the dismantling of self-blame
  • Initial nervous system awareness — understanding what your body is doing and why
  • A personal framework for the recovery work ahead

Saves $80 on the single session rate.

Transformation — 8 Sessions | $1,360

The core recovery arc. This is where the majority of clients begin their sustained work.

Eight sessions provide the continuity needed to move meaningfully through the primary domains of the Coercive Trauma Recovery Method™ — from pattern recognition through nervous system recalibration and into the beginning of identity reconstruction — with accountability built into every stage.

This is the package for survivors who are past the initial recognition stage and ready to do the deeper work: who understand what happened but cannot yet translate that understanding into lasting change, who feel the pull back toward old patterns despite knowing better, or who have tried other forms of support and found them useful but insufficient for this specific injury.

What eight sessions addresses:

  • Deep pattern recognition — the full architecture of the abuse and how it operated specifically on you
  • Nervous system recalibration — working directly with the hypervigilance, brain fog, and freeze responses that persist after the relationship ends
  • The beginning of identity reconstruction — recovering authorship of your own narrative, values, and sense of self
  • Practical boundary work — building the behavioral patterns that translate insight into daily life
  • Accountability across sessions — tracking progress, identifying what is shifting and what isn’t, and adjusting accordingly

Saves $240 on the single session rate.

Full Recovery Intensive — 12 Sessions | $1,920

The complete Coercive Trauma Recovery Method™ arc.

Twelve sessions covering all four domains — pattern recognition, nervous system recalibration, identity reconstruction, and boundary architecture — with the depth, continuity, and relational trust that genuine transformation requires.

This is the package for survivors who are ready to do the full work. Who are not looking for symptom management or coping strategies but for structural change — in how their nervous system responds, how their identity operates, and how they engage with relationships going forward. Who understand that recovery from narcissistic abuse is not a project to be completed efficiently but a sustained process of neurological and identity-level reorganization — and who want the support structure that makes that process as effective as possible.

What twelve sessions addresses:

  • The complete Coercive Trauma Recovery Method™ across all four domains
  • Pattern recognition, nervous system recalibration, identity reconstruction, and boundary architecture — addressed in full, with the depth that twelve sessions of sustained engagement makes possible
  • The relational dimension of recovery — how to engage with new relationships without defaulting to the patterns the abusive relationship installed
  • Integration — bringing together the cognitive, somatic, and behavioral changes produced across the arc into a coherent, embodied sense of who you are and how you want to live

Includes two Flex Sessions — 50-minute sessions bookable at 24 hours notice for moments when you need support urgently. Because recovery is not always linear, and sometimes you cannot wait until your next scheduled appointment.

Saves $480 on the single session rate.

For Adult Children of Narcissists

If your primary presenting injury is the developmental one — if you grew up with a narcissistic parent and are navigating the specific, structural damage that produces — the TENEL™ framework is applied rather than, or in combination with, the Coercive Trauma Recovery Method™, depending on your situation and the life crisis you are confronting.

TENEL™ addresses the self organized around the narcissistic parent’s needs rather than its own, the nervous system dysregulation installed during critical developmental windows, the internalized parental figure that continues to shape adult relationships, and the repetition compulsion that drives the recreation of familiar dynamics across adult life.

All three packages are available for TENEL™ work. For more on this framework and the population it serves, see the TENEL™ recovery page.

How the Application Process Works

Packages are not openly bookable. This is a deliberate choice — the work we do together is demanding and specific, and I want to make sure we are the right fit before either of us commits to a sustained engagement.

The process is straightforward:

Step 1 — Book a free 15-minute consultation. A genuine conversation about where you are, what you are hoping for, and whether this work is right for you at this point in your recovery. Not a sales call. One free consultation per person.

Step 2 — Discuss which package fits. Based on the consultation, we will talk through which package aligns with your current stage of recovery, your specific presenting situation, and your goals. If a single session is a better starting point, I will say so.

Step 3 — Confirm and begin. Package payment is arranged following the consultation. Sessions are scheduled at a cadence that works for both of us — typically weekly or fortnightly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which package is right for me?

The honest answer is that the consultation conversation is the best way to determine this — because it depends on where you are in your recovery, what you have already tried, the severity and duration of the abuse, and what you are specifically hoping to address. As a general orientation: the Foundation package suits survivors at the recognition stage who need clarity and a starting framework. The Transformation package suits survivors who are past recognition and ready for sustained, deep recovery work. The Full Recovery Intensive suits survivors committed to structural change across all dimensions of the injury. If you are unsure, book a consultation and we will figure it out together.

Can I upgrade from one package to another?

Yes. Many clients begin with the Foundation package and move into Transformation or the Full Recovery Intensive as the work develops. Packages are a starting commitment, not a ceiling.

Do you work with clients who are still in the relationship?

Yes, in some circumstances — depending on safety and the specific situation. This is something we would discuss in the consultation. Recovery work while still inside the relationship requires a different approach than work after leaving, and the safety dimension is always the first consideration.

Do you work with clients navigating family court or post-separation abuse?

Yes. Post-separation abuse — the continuation of narcissistic abuse through legal proceedings, financial sabotage, harassment, and the manipulation of children — is one of the most underrecognized and damaging phases of the experience. A legal strategy advisory service is available separately for survivors navigating the family court system. Contact hello [at] narcissisticabuserehab [dot] com to discuss.

Is this therapy?

No. This is specialist recovery coaching using the Coercive Trauma Recovery Method™ and TENEL™ frameworks. It is not therapy and I am not a clinician. Many clients work with both a therapist and a recovery coach simultaneously — addressing the historical and clinical dimensions in therapy while using coaching to focus on present-day implementation, nervous system work, and structural behavioral change. If at any point I believe clinical support is what you need, I will say so directly and support you in finding it.

What if I’ve tried coaching before and it didn’t help?

Then it is likely that the coaching you tried was not built for this specific injury. Generic coaching — however well intentioned — applies frameworks designed for people whose core self is intact but damaged. Narcissistic abuse and coercive trauma produce a different kind of injury, at a more foundational structural level. The Coercive Trauma Recovery Method™ and TENEL™ were built specifically for that injury. If previous coaching left you feeling understood but unchanged, that is the gap these frameworks are designed to address.
