Gene Deal

Gene “Big Gene” Deal is a retired celebrity bodyguard who has worked with prominent figures in the entertainment industry, including Biggie Smalls, 50 Cent and Sean “Diddy” Combs. He is one of the main whistleblowers in the Diddy Sex Trafficking scandal.

Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Big Gene played collegiate basketball for the Chattanooga Mocs and later participated in the Rucker and Kingdom tournaments in Harlem, New York.

Prior to his career in celebrity security, Big Gene worked as a law enforcement officer. His experience in both law enforcement and celebrity protection has made him a respected figure in the entertainment industry and beyond.

Big Gene is the author of two books, “Gene Deal My World of Bodyguarding a Hip-Hop Star: The Last Big Night” (2022) and “Life After Death When Bodyguarding a Hip Hop Star” (2024). He is also the host of The Gene Deal Show (2018-present) on YouTube.
