Narcissistic Abuse Recovery

Recovery from narcissistic abuse is the deliberate, supported work of rebuilding the self-knowledge, epistemic trust, and relational confidence that narcissistic abuse systematically erodes.

It requires accurate naming of what happened, the correct location of shame, the dissolution of the trauma bond, the rebuilding of the support network the program isolated, and the reconnection with the accomplishments and capacities that the relationship trained the survivor to minimize or apologize for.

Recovery does not happen through time alone. It responds to active, supported work — EMDR, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic approaches, and trauma recovery coaching.

Narcissistic Abuse Rehab provides evidence-based recovery resources and one-to-one coaching with founder Manya Wakefield, whose approach draws on decades of research and direct coaching practice with survivors worldwide.
