Confusion

Confusion is a state of mental perplexity or uncertainty, where a person feel unsure or puzzled about a situation, information, or emotions. It involves a lack of clarity or understanding, leading to feelings of disorientation and a difficulty in making decisions or forming coherent thoughts. In the context of abusive power and control, manipulators use intermittent reinforcement to deliberately foster confusion in the victim.
