Ashley Parham Files Sexual Misconduct Lawsuit Against Diddy

True Crime By Oct 16, 2024 No Comments

In a new lawsuit, Ashley Parham claims Sean “Diddy” Combs and his associates gang-raped her as revenge for a comment she made about his alleged involvement in the Tupac Shakur. murder.

Trigger Warning: This article discusses sensitive topics.

According to the lawsuit, Parham met one of Combs’ friends at a bar. The encounter took place in February 2018. The friend called Combs via FaceTime. Unimpressed, Parham told Diddy that she believed he was involved in Shakur’s murder. Combs allegedly became enraged and told Parham she would “pay” for her remarks.

Alleged Rape Carefully Pre-Meditated

One month later, Ashley Parham accepted an invitation to the same friend’s home in Orinda, where Combs appeared unexpectedly. She alleges that Combs threatened her with a knife, warning he would leave her with a “Glasgow smile,” a reference to a disfiguring facial wound. The situation escalated when Combs’ chief of staff, Kristina Khorram, allegedly intervened, suggesting they could “sell” Parham instead. According to Parham’s lawsuit Khorram made a threat to traffic her internationally. She alleges someone told her she would never see her family again.

According to her lawsuit, Combs held a knife to Parham’s face and ordered her to undress. He then produced a bottle of liquid from a fanny pack and squirted the contents all over her body. She believes the liquid was baby oil containing gamma-hydroxybutyric acid (GHB). GHB is a controlled substance. It acts as a nervous system depressant. Parham claims this left her completely incapacitated.

The lawsuit details further disturbing acts of violence, degradation, and jarring cruelty. In her lawsuit, she asserts that Combs and Khorram attempted to insert a device. They called it an “IUD”. It went into her vagina. However, the device malfunctioned. Afterward, she claims that Combs used a television remote control gadget to vaginally rape her. She claims that after Combs vaginally raped her, he sodomized her and encouraged his friends to do the same.

After the alleged gang-rape, Parham says she awoke to find the group outside smoking, her body limp from the ordeal. Parham confronted Combs when she tried to escape. He was reportedly surprised she could still move after being drugged. He allegedly offered her money in exchange for silence, threatening to harm her family if she reported the incident to the police.

Parham Claims She Spent the Night at the Scene of the Crime

After the alleged attack, Parham claims she hid at the home of a neighbor of Combs’ friend while wearing only a T-shirt. In her psychologically disoriented and exhausted state, she made the ill-advised decision to return to the scene of the crime to retrieve her belongings, including her purse, keys, and cell phone. With nowhere else to go, Parham spent the night at the scene of the crime.

Her attorney Ariel Mitchell-Kidd explains:

“I’ve dealt with so many victims. They’re really not thinking clearly […] She figured that maybe since she left. she could at least try to get her stuff back.”

It’s important to consider Parham’s claim of having suffered a deeply traumatic experience. Trauma can significantly impair decision-making and judgment, leading victims to engage in behaviors they wouldn’t normally consider while in survival mode. Her lawsuit alleges Parham’s decision to return to the crime scene. We could interpret it as a ‘fawning’ response. This fits within the fight-flight-freeze-fawn framework.

Similarities to Lil Rod’s Lawsuit

Parham’s case shares some similarities to the lawsuit files by Lil Rod (Rodney Jones). He also referred to the use of fanny packs by Combs and Khorram.

On February 24, 2024, Lil Rod filed a $30 million lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs in Manhattan federal court. In it, he claims that Khorram “required” Combs’ domestic stand to carry fanny packs that contained controlled substances, including GHB, cocaine, MDMA (ecstasy), cannabis gummies, and pink cocaine so that Combs could have them at his disposal.Pink cocaine is also known as Tusi. It is a mix of cocaine. It is enhanced with ketamineMDMA, and other psychoactive substances.

Lil Rod told Rolling Stone:

“He’s a monster. He’ll do whatever is necessary to get exactly what he wants. He doesn’t take no for an answer. He [told me] himself, ‘I’ll smack my mama.’ Anybody who can say that even jokingly is a monster. He’s nothing to be played with.”

The lawsuit contains allegations that Combs groped Jones, secretly drugged him, and coerced him into soliciting and engaging in sexual acts with sex workers. These incidents allegedly occurred while Jones was working on Combs’ Grammy-nominated Love Album: Off The Grid between September 2022 and November 2023.

Since filing the lawsuit, Lil Rod says he struggles with suicidal ideation. He also has agoraphobia. He fears someone may kill him. However, he says he will keep “standing up for justice.”

Combs attorney Erica Wolff claims that Lil Rod’s lawsuit is “pure fiction.”

Despite the threats, Ashley Parham says she reported the assault to multiple law enforcement agencies, including Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Department and the Walnut Creek Police Department. However, she claims police never seriously investigated her reports.

Today, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd and Shawn Perez, are representing her in the civil case.

Combs and his legal team have not yet commented publicly on the lawsuit.

A growing number of lawsuits against Combs reveals a larger societal problem: the prevalence of sexual misconduct, or what people commonly call rape culture.

This is a developing story.
